Meet Coach T , Your Dedicated Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer

My journey in fitness and nutrition began in college as a runner, where I discovered a passion for pushing my limits. From there, I transitioned into weightlifting and eventually found my way to CrossFit. Years of dedication, sweat, and perseverance allowed me to build not just strength but a deep understanding of fitness from the ground up. Unlike many coaches who were natural athletes from a young age, I wasn’t born with innate talent—I had to grind, learn, and adapt through countless hours of training. This gives me a unique perspective: I know what it’s like to struggle, to learn skills through repetition, and to find creative ways to overcome obstacles.

As an athlete, I sought out every opportunity to learn from top coaches, absorbing diverse techniques and approaches to training. This knowledge, combined with my own experiences, fueled my transition into becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My credentials include:

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer

  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

My professional journey hasn’t always been conventional—working jobs that demanded extensive travel forced me to get creative with my own training and nutrition plans. Whether it was finding ways to eat well on the road or squeezing in workouts in unconventional settings, I learned how to make fitness and health work in real-world scenarios. This adaptability informs my coaching, helping me craft personalized plans that fit into your unique lifestyle, no matter how busy or unpredictable.

My in-person personal training sessions are all about meeting you where you are.
